Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located place in Staten Island NYC. Resort-looking luxurious home. Just 40 min drive or a 20 min free ferry ride to downtown Manhattan. Express buses are also available. Enjoy the day poolside, BBQng, playing ping pong or basketball outside, and in the many living spaces throughout the house. At night, eat under the stars, roast marshmallows over the fire pit, and swim in the heated saltwater pool. Enough beds to comfortably sleep 12. Work out in the basement, and jump in the jacuzzi tub to relax.
