The whole house is available to whomever rents the house except for the 2 main rooms in front of the house. The house has been recently painted, new lighting and beautiful floors. There is a Car garage (cochera) space available. This house is conveniently located to San Jose and many stores nearby including a Super Walmart. The house is only a couple hours from the beaches. Please note that house has an alarm and there are cameras on the property. Cameras in the home can be turned off when the house is rented. The only 2 cameras that can not be turned off is in the front porch (cochera) and the back patio camera.
