Detached ground floor apartment of a two-storey house with all kitchen utensils and materials in the Bosphorus, surrounded by greenery. You can have your barbecue in a garden full of fruit trees. You can walk to the free Pasabahce beach. You can easily reach Abraham Pasha Grove, Mecidiye, Küçüksu and Hidiv Pavilions, IMM Beach Facilities, Kaymak Donduran and Mihrabat Forest facilities, Riva and Poyrazköy Beaches, Anadolu Kavağı, Anadolu Feneri and Polonezköy.

There is a double bed in one bedroom and two single beds in the other bedroom. The sofa bed in the living room can be used as a bed.
Bathroom and toilet cabins are separate. Hot water is provided by a combi boiler. The kitchen has a fridge, dishwasher, gas stove, tea and coffee maker and cooking utensils.
There is a table and chair set in the living room and in the garden. The house is heated by a natural gas combi boiler. There is a 48-inch smart TV, Wi-Fi access and Netflix subscription in the living room.
Our trained dog, who has been with us since birth, lives in the garden.
