Welcome to our charming 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom home located just north of downtown Jacksonville. Nestled in the historic district of Springfield. With its prime location, this spacious and inviting retreat, it's perfect for a couple or travelling professional seeking a memorable stay in the Bold City.

The one bedroom guest home features a full kitchen with stainless steel appliances including a full size refrigerator, microwave, and two induction burners. There is NO dishwasher nor oven.

Across from the kitchen is a full size laundry with washer and dryer. As well as a folding kitchen table that is large enough for two individuals.

The bedroom features a queen size bed, a closet with two racks for storage, a SmartTV on a dresser, and a bathroom with a standing shower.

The SmartTVs are set up for Bring Your Own Login. We don’t offer any streaming/cable services.
