About this property

Property is surrounded by water!

Lake Winnebago in front and a channel through the back yard to kayak! There's a dock to fish for walleyes, and I'll supply a couple rods for you. I also have 2 ten speed mountain bikes available! There's a metal fire pit on dbl deck with a grill also, and a 3 person " salt water hot tub! There's a table and 6 plus custom chairs to enjoy the water view! There's a professional installed outdoor speaker system and I'll leave a 100 cd's of great music to enjoy! Very private yard and lots of color as it's been professionally landscaped...I'll return once or twice that week to make sure everything is watered! I'm a pilot myself and enjoy renting to many different groups the last 20 plus years, and I'm a phone call away if needed!

I love fishing and also kayaking...I'm semi retired. And a pilot so EAA is a great time for me. Even if we rent our home out and travel up north for a week.
