A unique place with style! A lovingly restored roaring 20's house with many original features, honoring Chipeta "Queen of the Utes". It is family friendly and cozy but full of Native American art and artifacts. Enjoy the hot tub, fire pit and large patio.
Nestled in a quiet neighborhood in the historic district of Grand Junction and within walking distance of the University and several parks. The space is not shared but we do have a traveling medical personal in the basement apartment.

The exterior work of the stone mason can be found on other municipal buildings and parks. The upstairs and yard are not a shared space but we do have traveling medical personal apartment downstairs.
