Guests staying 5 days or longer will receive a weekday access to private beaches, pools, and spas of more than twenty 5-Star resorts including Sheraton Jumeirah Resort and Hilton Jumeirah that are within a few minutes’ walk, as well as an array of world-famous resorts on The Palm Jumeirah, such as Atlantis The Palm, W The Palm, and many others.

Our uniquely designed luxury apartments in Al Fattan Marine Tower 2 feature three full bedrooms, maid’s room and four and half bathrooms altogether. Two allocated parking spots in the underground garage are included in the rent (we will inform you about the specific parking slots in advance).

CLEANING

• Guest staying 10 nights and longer will get a complimentary cleaning once a week
