Hawaiian Haven: Summer Time by the Beach

Enjoy a relaxing stay in a peaceful neighborhood just a short walk or drive to the beach! The unique floor plan is spacious and allows inclusivity from every room while also being able to close doors and have privacy when desired. Have a cup of coffee on either the front or back screened in porch, play a game of foosball while you're winding down, and cook up your favorites in the fully stocked kitchen! Centrally located near restaurants, bars, and shops. A short drive to Historic St Augustine.

Walk in the front door by going through a spacious screened in patio. When you first enter you will be in the large living room that open up into the dining area. The two bedrooms connect to the living area through a hallway.

Bedroom 2 - Queen bed

Bedroom 3 - Twin trundle bed

Bathroom - Full bath with shower/tub combo in between bedroom 1 & 2.

Bedroom 3 doubles as a game room with a foosball table and a separate screened in patio to enjoy!

The laundry room has both a washer and dryer that are available for use in a separate hallway by the kitchen that leads to the garage.

The house is fully available to guests except there is a locked closet for the owner. There is also a locked room that is off by the kitchen which is used by the owner and has its own private entrance which may not be accessed by guests.

We understand accidents happen and kindly ask that you please notify us if an item breaks, doesn't work, or is soiled as soon as it happens. We want to ensure we can replace item(s) as soon as possible for you or the next guest. If items are missing or broken, the guest is responsible for the charge for any item(s).

Primary renter must be present on all bookings.

There will be a $200 fee for any late checkout that is not approved.
