I am a RN born and raised in overpriced San Diego Ca. My husband and I of 27 years have always dreamed of retiring in Las Vegas. Our dream was delayed when I was diagnosed with breast cancer, after I kicked Cancers 🤬. We bought our beautiful condo 3 years later on the day I was diagnosed with Cancer. That was a Devine power, so this condo represents the peace I have found through this life changing event. I want people to enjoy it like I do until we are ready to move in forever.
Why they chose this property
We fell in love with Enterprise it's only 5 miles down LV Blvd to the Famous Las Vegas Strip Sign. It's location is prefect far enough to be in a quiet relaxing neighbor with 2 local casinos 1.2-1.5 miles from the condo South Point and Silverton Casino, indoor shopping malls 2 miles away. Hundreds of food choices anything you need in a 5 miles radius.
What makes this property unique
It has a nice calming relaxing peaceful place it is amazingly quite complex great for a WFH job. Wi-Fi medium package cox cable and Yes we have all the sports channels. The living room has a brand new 55 inch right in front of 2 reclining chairs. The 2nd bedroom has a privacy door that closes off the laundry closet and 2nd bath so it gives that person total privacy when needed.
