There is a living room area with TV for 9 seating capacity, dining area with 6 capacity overlooking the backyard fountain; and 4 bar stool at large kitchen counter.

There a full kitchen with many cooking accessories, cooking and baking supplies, plates, bowls cups and glasses for 16 people. The kitchen has complementary coffee and tea supplies plenty, of cups, dinner plates, bowls, drinking glasses, wine and shot glasses, silver wear and cutlery. The pantry has Instapot, pressure cooker, toaster, juicer, salad spinner, wood cutting and serving boards, food storage boxes, glass mixing bowls and, pots and pans. There are many varieties of spices and olive oil in the pantry for the convenience of guests. There are baking supplies for oven with mittens - baking plates, basket, aluminum foil etc. Outdoor Propane gas Grill will be added before June 2024.

There is a dedicated office/study with 2 chairs, 2 tables, one couch with side tables. The home offers 1gb free internet service.

The second floor of the home is setup for family fun and relaxation with large family room (living room 2), 4 spacious bedrooms and 2 full bath. Host offers linens, pillows and comforters for all rooms. All the bathrooms are stocked with premium bath towels, hand towels and wash cloths. There is a center closet with spare linens, towels - bath towels, hand towels, wash clothes, additional pillows for your convenience. There are tons of toys and board games for kids tucked away in the closet. This floor also has a washer/ dryer with detergent and an iron board for guests’ convenience.

All bedrooms have natural light, nice bedding, side tables, table lamps and ceiling fans. The spacious family area ( living room 2) upstairs with 86 inch TV and a keyboard nook. There are tons of books and activity books for kids in the TV cabinet. The host has set up XBox 360 and WiiU games hooked to this 86 inch TV for family fun. There is a keyboard for music lovers as well.

The 2 car garage has 6 lawn chairs to use for backyard, 2 relaxing beach chairs, 2 umbrellas, 2 bikes, 3 skate boards, kids scooter , 4 kid helmets, small Ping Ping table, Foosball table, 2 tennis rackets, 2 badminton rackets, corn hole and other games. The long driveway can park 4 cars with free street side parking.
Guest access
Entire house is available available to the guests except a small store room under the stairs that is locked.
Other things to note
The HOA has many amenities - outdoor and indoor pools, party places, billiards and poker rooms, Gym, Sauna and Steam rooms. Guests can enjoy them by buying the weekly pass. There are 2 access cards for renters placed near welcome note to access HOA building. Renters above 6 years old, need to purchase weekly pass at $35 per head to use the HOA amenities. Guests do not need to purchase if they don’t want to or purchase only for specific guests who want to use the facilities.

There is a shuttle service from the HOA building to Bethany beach and back on Sats, Sundays and major holidays.
