Ideal for kids to watch a movie downstairs while the adults lounge upstairs. 3 spacious bedrooms with oversized walk-in closets are laid out with privacy in mind. The dedicated workspace & well appointed chefs kitchen round out this beautiful home away from home.

A separate entrance provides private access to this beautifully appointed 3 bedroom 2.5 bath located on the main and lower floors of a 2 unit home. 2 dedicated parking spaces plus free street parking are conveniently available for you.

- Rec Room/50” smart TV/DVD’s & DVD player/games, puzzles & books/sofa bed
- 2 more bedrooms on opposite ends of this floor

No outdoor shoes permitted inside the house.
Dishes must be washed and placed in cupboards prior to departure. If housekeeping has to do any dishes a $50 fee will be assessed.
Remove food etc from fridge/pantry. Garbage and recycling is to be “securely” placed in the outdoor bins (#49). If not a $50 fee will be assessed.
