The space
Our 2-story loft offers a modern, stylish space complete with all the amenities you need for an unforgettable stay. The first floor features a spacious living room and a fully equipped kitchen, while the second floor hosts the tranquil bedrooms. From the plush furnishings to the high-speed Wi-Fi, every detail has been designed with your comfort in mind. But the real showstopper? The breathtaking city views that can be enjoyed from the large windows on both floors. Truly a luxurious retreat in the heart of the city.

In our spacious property of 2,485 sqft, we have arranged the bedrooms for your comfort. The bedroom located on the first floor is equipped with two twin beds. On the second floor, you'll find two bedrooms, 1 furnished with 2 queen size beds and another with 1 twin bed.

Guest access:

Guests will have full, private access to the entire 2-story penthouse, making it a perfect home away from home. This includes the spacious living areas, well-equipped kitchen, tranquil bedrooms, and the bonus of stunning city views.

Brickell area and nearby Miami Beach offer a multitude of attractions to fill your days with excitement and enjoyment.


To Access the Pool : you will need Mohave your fob with. you to get in and out of the pool area, no beverage or food aloud in the pool deck or the management have authority to evacuate guests from the pool area who fails to obey by these rules.

Other things to note

Air conditioner: 72 F is the lowest temperature the air conditioner supports. If the temperature outside is below 72 F, don’t put the air conditioner’s temperature below 72 F, as the air conditioner may freeze and stop working. Please, keep the windows and doors tightly closed, while the air conditioner is on, as keeping them opened would cause condensation inside the ducts (that eventually leads to mold!) and the temperature in the apartment won’t go down.

You are responsible for any loss the host may incur because you didn’t follow any law, rule, instruction etc.

We are not responsible for any incident in the shared spaces, including the parking lot. Use these spaces at your own risk.

We can’t receive mail, nor anything that might be put into the mailbox, as we don't have access to it. We don’t take any responsibility regarding any issue you might have with any delivery.

This place was not adapted to people with any medical condition, special sensitivity or of any specific age. Noise levels, temperature, odors and other characteristics of the location were not designed to avoid the activation or worsening of any health related problem, pre-existing or not, or any sensitivity.

There are cleaning products in the property, accessible to the guests. If you are coming with minors or people with a disability, please be sure they do not access these materials.

We welcome families to use our place, but advise it’s not, in any way, child-proof, or especially adapted to minors or people with disabilities. It’s not a risk-free environment. Please, use common sense while enjoying this place.

Florida warm weather allows animal life to thrive. Leaving the doors or windows opened for any extend of time may let in flies or other bugs. Thanks for understanding.

To ensure you get settled in and have a great start to your stay with us, we have provided an initial supply of toilet paper (along with a few extra rolls under the bathroom sink) and of other things, but these may not be enough for your entire stay, and you may need to purchase additional supplies.

Important Notice: In order to maintain a safe and respectful environment, we explicitly prohibit any form of parties or illicit behavior within our apartment and within the building premisses, This includes but is not limited to the use of illegal drugs, involvement in sex trafficking, or the accommodation of unaccompanied minors.
