If you are in Baton Rouge to explore the city, have a good time, enjoy nightlife or sporting events, visit university or business, the location of our house makes it your perfect choice! Our house has all new and modern furniture and appliances. This 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom house has a total of 5 beds and one sofa bed and can sleep up to 12 guests very comfortably! The master has a king size bed, and the guest bedrooms have 2 full-size beds.
Only a 5-minute drive to campus, it is also on the LSU bus route, and walking distance to several restaurants.
