Great getaway home! A spacious backyard with an amazing pool, spa, and BBQ all nestled behind a comfortable 3 bedroom, 2 bath home with a parking spot in the garage. The backyard offers a large, covered patio with table seating. Lots of umbrellas for shady areas around the pool. The pool has built in seating on one end located next to a covered BBQ grilling station. Behind the BBQ station is a half bathroom keeping the party outdoors. Inside the home you will find simple pleasures decorated in neutral tones. The master suite with a soaking tub and a double vanity. Two more bedrooms, one with two twin beds close to the main bathroom. The kitchen offers lots of counter space for meal prep and bar height seating on one side. The open floor plan allows folks in the kitchen to easily converse with others seated in the great room with a fireplace. Note: January - March we only accept full calendar month rentals (no mid-month rentals).
