Welcome to your home away from home located right on Carlsbad beach with a balcony overlooking the beach and lagoon. This furnished home is fully equipped with all the furnishings and essentials to step right in and live life on your terms. This is a 3rd floor condo with secure garage parking, elevator, and a community jacuzzi. 10 minute walk to Carlsbad Village and a short drive or Legoland. Or just stay close and surf. This is a 31+ day rental. There is heating but no air conditioning.
