Immediately upon entering this home you are greeted by its bright atmosphere, and panoramic lake views out every window. Making your way into the main living space, you are welcomed by a tastefully decorated and spacious area. To the left is the chef’s kitchen featuring custom cabinetry, top end Miele appliances, enclosed pantry, and an oversized island that provides a natural gathering place. At one end there is a dedicated laundry space, and at the other a well appointed guest bath. The open concept of this main floor also includes a grand living room with a stone fireplace and plenty of seating for the entire family, never ending views of Lake Sunapee, an exquisite dining area, and a 3 season screened porch with seating to enjoy your morning coffee, or entertain over cocktails. Making your way upstairs, there are two comfortable queen bedrooms facing the lake, and a full bathroom. At the end of the hall lies the master king bedroom, also facing the lake, with an in suite master bath, complete with polished stone and pebble walk-in shower. Heading onto the lowest level of the home is an entertainment area with a large sectional couch, surround sound stereo and large screen TV, dartboard, dozens of games, and a bunk-room with 2 beds, and a full bath, all leading out to the lake view off of the back deck. Once on the back deck you will find the hot tub which overlooks the lake, and is meant for soaking up the winter night sky, or just enjoying more breathtaking views. From the hot tub a series of stairs and deck landings lead you down to multiple seating areas, a private dock and private swimming area, and an intimate lakeside fire pit, perfect for hot toddies or cocoa. To ensure the full lake experience in summer, guests are welcome to the use of the kayaks and paddleboards that are provided by the waterfront. Looking to bring your boat? Guests can dock their boats on the floating dock, or attach to the mooring ball provided. For Winter guests, a heated driveway sheds ice and snow, allowing for a worry free morning when headed to the mountain. Guests with boats are welcome to dock and/or mooring ball at the house, but must launch in Sunapee or Newbury Harbor.

There is only enough parking spaces for 3 vehicles.

Earlier and later checkouts can be arranged for a $99 fee.

Just over 5 minutes to Mount Sunapee Ski Resort! This home will be available for a long term winter rental.

All reservations cancelled by the guest up until 60 days before check in are subject to a $100 + 5% of reservation total cancellation fee due to Stripe payment processing fees. Cancellations within 60 days of the reservation date are non-refundable.
