We are dog-friendly! A dog bed, blankets and dog bowls are provided. Please read our Pet Policy below before booking.
PET POLICY
At this time we only allow 1 dog per stay. We have a big, fenced in yard for your pet to run around in. A dog bed, blankets, dog bowls, and a poop scooper with bags are provided. We also have a crate that is 22 inches wide, 25 inches tall and 36 inches deep. We ask all Guests agree to the following House Rules:
- Guests agree to accept full and complete responsibility for any personal injury or property damage caused by the dog or suffered by any person during Guests’ stay.
- The dog is not allowed on the furniture at any time. We provide a dog bed and blankets. The bed is 20 inches by 30 inches.
- The dog must be flea and tick free and currently on prevention treatment as well as up to date on Bordetella, DHPP, Leptospirosis, and Rabies vaccines.
- Guests are responsible for cleaning up all dog refuse, as well as cleaning the dog before he/she comes indoors. Towels are provided.
- If the dog is left unattended, Guests will use their best judgment to determine if the dog needs to be crated. Our crate is 22 inches wide, 25 inches tall and 36 inches deep and best fits medium sized dogs (up to 35 pounds) and smaller. Please request it ahead of time so we can set it up.
- Guests understand they will be charged accordingly for the repair of any damages, additional cleaning requirements, or flea treatment caused by the dog's presence or behavior.

· To enter the home, there is a flight of 5 stairs with a handrail leading up to the front porch.
· Ring camera on front porch facing street. We take your safety as well as your privacy very seriously.
· Access property with a smartlock.
