This 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo offers easy access to local favorites. 2 blocks to Bay Village, 1 block to Fantasy Island and walking distance to some of the best local restaurants.

After a day at the beach enjoy the sunset from the rooftop, which has firepits and a heated salt water pool (opens May 15th).
The space
Upon arrival you can park your car for the week. Local attractions are all walking distance.

For the beach we have 6 beach badges, 6 beach chairs, wagon and umbrella.

Cleaning Fee - this includes all bedding linens and towels for 6 guests - pillows are provided.
We ask guests to bring their own beach towels.

Parking is underground and 2 spaces are available. Space #'s 19 & 20.
