The apartment has 109.80 square meters, with a spacious living/dining room for guests to enjoy, where they can have lunch, watch TV or listen to music, as well as a spectacular fully furnished balcony where they can enjoy a magical view of the Caribbean Sea. in all its glory.

The main room has a majestic KING bed and a large window to enjoy the sunrise and sunset overlooking the imposing Caribbean Sea, it is protected by black-out curtains and a shutter so you can sleep comfortably and peacefully until the time you like. .

The secondary room has a QUEEN bed, a sofa bed where a child can sleep comfortably, a QUEEN-sized inflatable bed that has the same height as a normal bed, it also has a removable crib.

The tower has a gym, sauna, Turkish bath, swimming pool, bar for events (by reservation and at the guest's expense), it also has a private and closed parking lot, access to the beach and a port on the beach.
There is very little public transportation in the area, the most efficient way to get there and get around is on foot, with your own or rented car or by taxi. In the lobby there is information on all the services that can be obtained by delivery, such as food, supply, drinks etc etc.
