In 2020, the previous owners of Broadmoor wanted to expand their estate but that came at a potential price of tearing down the home. That is when the current owner (a friend of theirs) stepped in a made the magnificent choice to move Broadmoor to its new location. This historic home is approximately 6,000 sqft, situated on beautifully landscaped grounds with fabulous ocean views. Built for a luxurious lifestyle, each room is draped with exceptional details as it embodies the perfect combination of modern and historic design.

The main floor is suited for entertaining with a spacious billiards room that opens to the formal dining room and comfortable appointed living room that leads to the expansive sun porch. There's plenty of seating and outdoor dining space allowing for easy indoor/outdoor flow. The kitchen is absolutely divine and a true chef's kitchen equipped with double refrigerators, double dishwashers, 6 burners, double oven Viking stove, 2 prep sinks a butler's pantry. Whether it's a private chef or yourself preparing the meal, the experience will not disappoint.

There are 6 bedrooms with 5 full baths and 3 half baths including two generous primary suites. All bedrooms are conveniently en-suites. The second level boasts an additional deck that can be enjoyed at any time of the day. Additional amenity charges for summer guests: Professionally laundered bedsheets, bath towels, and light comforters are provided for all occupants. Beds are made only once, prior to arrival (multiple week guests will have linens dropped off starting their 2nd week). Multiple week guests are charged the linen fee per week at a discounted rate. Beach towels are not included. Guests that book 14 nights or greater will be charged an additional $25 cleaning fee. All reservations are subject to a reservation, cleaning and linen fee, and all applicable state and local tax.
