Summary:
Our newly constructed community is located in the Merritt neighborhood, close to Lake Merritt, Downtown Oakland, Jack London Square, and much more! The minimalist and modern layout of the community features fully furnished studio units, which include private kitchenettes with quartz countertops, abundant built-in storage, vinyl flooring, and large double paned windows with abundant natural lighting.

The Space:
To elaborate, this is a studio not a home. The building itself is set up like a collection of townhouse-style buildings with 5 separate studio suites. Each studio has a private bedroom area, bathroom, and kitchenette with a mini fridge, toaster oven, microwave, and countertop 2-burner hot plate, so you can easily cook from inside the studio. The first-floor common area has the main kitchen, dining table, and laundry. All property doors are access-controlled via a key fob, and only you will be able to access your private studio door. There is one studio on the first floor, two on 2nd, and two on 3rd.
