Home is on 1.1 acres all to yourself. Lots of trees around the property, and a fenced in backyard. A true retreat in the middle of the city. You'll love cooking in the huge kitchen with custom features and loads of countertop space. Drink your morning coffee in the sunroom, cozy up with a book next to the fireplace, or play a game of foosball with your friends. Enjoy evenings on the back patio with a WSU baseball game in the background. Walking distance to several of our favorite local restaurants and your local Starbucks. Also walking distance to all WSU events. Huge driveway with room for 8+ cars to park so no one in your group has to park on the street. This property is close to I-135 and K96 access. Fine dining and shopping just two miles away at Bradley Fair.

I enjoy hosting because I love Wichita, and I love guiding people on local things to do, places to eat, and help them realize Wichita is a great place to visit. I'm a WSU graduate. A foodie, I would love to tell you about some great local restaurants! I also love gardening, being with my family, and traveling.
Why they chose this property
This neighborhood is a hidden gem in Wichita. It use to be apart of Crestview Country Club before it moved locations. The lots are huge and the houses aren't cookie cutter. Over the years and still currently lots of WSU professors live in the neighborhood. I live in the neighborhood and at least once a week my family and I walk and go eat at Braeburn square or hit up the food trucks on campus at WSU.
What makes this property unique
Location. Walking distance to restaurants, food trucks, and all WSU events. The huge yard, hearing the ambient noise of the baseball games in the background. The sprawling ranch style home, with bedrooms all on the main level making it easy for hips and knees of all ages to move about the home =)
