Very well kept, this spacious corner apartment is situated in the beautiful, quiet village of Siggiewi, away from the noisy island's centre, and close to the airport and the unique Ghar Lapsi beach.

Strategically positioned in the center of the island makes it easy to visit both the North and South areas. Bus stop is 2 minutes walk away and parking is available for free on the street.

All rooms face a beautiful playground, and the outdoor corner terrace is a perfect place to have breakfast and enjoy the warm Maltese sunny mornings, or to relax and enjoy the lovely breeze present almost all year round after a day out exploring the island !

For those who wish to have ready made meals there's quite a few good restaurants in the beautiful Siggiewi village square nearby who offer great breakfast, lunch and dinner.

The apartment is very bright, is quite cool in summer and keeps cosy in winter due to it's insulated walls and double glazed apertures. It is fully equipped, has 3 AC units, cable TV with lots of channels in different languages, and free Wi-Fi. All rooms have blackout curtains to ensure a good night sleep, and every sliding aperture is equipped with mosquito nets.
Free parking is available on the street (no booking required).

The apartment sleeps 5 and is ideal for families, groups, remote workers, climbers, hikers, nature & history lovers, and all those who prefer to stay away from the noisy, busy tourist areas. (5th bed is a folding bed which can be moved around on wheels).

The apartment is self-catered but we offer a start-up supply of basic cooking and bathroom supplies. Towels, bed linen and blankets will be provided for free.

The apartment is situated on the first floor in a block of only 4 residential units. Has a few outdoor stairs and then one can use the lift to the first floor.
It has a comfortable fully equipped kitchen/dining/living open plan indoor space connected to the terrace facing a large playing field with side valley views of Hesri Valley.
The main bedroom has a big king bed and another small private balcony.
The spare bedroom has 2 single beds which can be joined.
Both bedrooms have blackout curtains and mosquito nets in all windows.
An extra folding bed is available for the fifth adult or child, and can be placed in either of the rooms or in the dining area.

Guests have access to the whole apartment, balcony and corner terrace. Front stairs and lift in the common area are shared by 3 other residential flats.

Other things to note:
ECO TAX is mandatory in Malta and is to be paid separately in cash at check-in. (receipt will be provided).
It is chargeable at the rate of €0.50 per person (18+) per night.
(subject to a maximum of €5 per person per visit).

INFANTS. When a booking includes an infant, we will provide on request, an Infant Package at an extra charge of €40 per stay payable in cash at check-in.
This package includes:
Travel Cot with thick mattress, bed linen, blanket.
Nappy changer tray on cot.
Highchair.
Baby bath.

2x Folding DECKCHAIRS are also available for rent on request at €20 each per stay, payable in cash at the property.

Why they chose this property

Siggiewi is a unique village with lots of character and beautiful surrounding countryside. By short walking distance one can find 2 Supermarkets, 3 Convenience stores, various shops and also quite a few Restaurants and Bars in the village square which is easily reachable by walk, offering mouth watering food for dine-in or take away. A large playing field is right in front of the apartment. Family oriented locals surround the neighborhood. The surrounding area is very quiet apart from cars passing by. The area gives you a farm stay feel as roosters can be heard crowing from our neighbour's garage.

What makes this property unique

The apartment is fully equipped and very well kept, and its terrace offers park and side valley views with a lovely breeze almost all year round. All amenities are very close by. Bus stop is 2 minutes walk away and street parking is available for free.
