Have fun with the whole family at this stylish place. This house offers the 1st floor private with backyard and a pool area. It is a great place to enjoy with family/friends with a pool in the Rio Grande Valley. Just 10 min away from Rancho Viejo Resort & Country Club, 30 min to the border and 45 min to South Padre Island.

It is strictly prohibited to have parties or any event of more than 10 people. If you are discovered doing an event there will be a fine of 300 dollars that must be paid.
