YOU WILL NOT FIND A BETTER LOCATION...if Old Town is where you want to be! We are located only one block from Historic King Street and within walking distance to over 180 restaurants, shops, museums, and bars!

Built in the 1800s…with tall ceilings, wood floors, and solid doors, including a Dutch door off the kitchen and windows…everything you’d expect in an historic house. Formally a neighborhood bar, so the history adds to the fun of the house. Mixed with the old is a gas stove, dishwasher, side-by-side fridge, fireplace, keyless entry, lots and lots of closet space, a Nest thermostat, and great air conditioning.

King Street Metro is .9 mile from the home. There is a free King Street Trolley with stops every two blocks from the waterfront to the King Street Metro Station. The trolley provides easy on-off access for those who prefer riding versus walking. The trolley runs every 15 minutes.

Whether you are interested in museums, fine dining, nightlife, ghost tours or relaxing by the river you will be minutes away while staying luxuriously in our historic home!
