Complete with a private pool and attached spa, this inviting home offers a convenient location close to the best of Central Florida with great golf, theme parks, shopping, and attractions all within minutes of home. Orange Lake Golf Course is less than four miles from the home and all the Disney parks are accessible within a seven-mile radius. A variety of bars and dining options can be found within a two-mile drive.

Recent home upgrades include brand-new air-conditioning, new carpeting, paint, and new appliances. The two-car garage provides plenty of on-site parking. The full kitchen makes it easy to plan and prepare home-cooked meals. Comfortable seating and smart TV are ready to welcome casual downtime in the living room. A dedicated office space provides a quiet place for remote working.

Things to Know
Check-in time: 4:00 pm.
Check-out time: 10:00 am.
All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.


Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.
3 days notification is required in order to heat the pool and pool spa.


Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
