“The Oxford House” is located within the new neighborhood of Rowandale giving you a beautiful, central area to base yourself just minutes from all the action.
Here you’ll have easy access to everything that charming Oxford has to offer with its beautiful old brick buildings, lush magnolia and crepe myrtle trees, and the gorgeous historic streets lined with boutique shops and delicious eats. Rowandale has 2 pools open seasonally, plus walking trails, basketball, pickleball, and sand volleyball.

Take a drive (5 min) to “The Square”, the hub of the city and home to a variety of shops and elegant boutiques including the south’s oldest department store. Around the bend, you will find one of the nation’s most renowned independent bookstores and an art gallery featuring a variety of art forms and monthly showings. Our location is also less than 5 miles to MTrade Park - we are the perfect place to stay for tournaments!

***CANCELLATION POLICY: Oxford Vacation Rentals does not allow cancellations for football games, concerts, Double Decker, or Ole Miss Graduation. For all other dates, we have a 60 day cancellation policy***

RULES
- Minimum Age: This property requires a minimum of one adult over the age of 25 be staying at the property throughout the rental term. No third party bookings.
- All reservations include a mandatory rental agreement to finalize your reservation that will be sent to your email for easy electronic signature.
- Every reservation includes an accidental damage waiver – should any accidental damage occur during your stay, simply notify us as soon as you can and provide a photo. We will file the damage waiver and replace/repair before the next rental guests arrive!
- We offer optional travel insurance to protect your vacation investment – this will include trip cancellations and delays, medical conditions, and much more.
- Balance of payment is due 60 days prior to the arrival date.
- Check-in begins at 4:00 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM – We do not allow early arrivals as we are busy cleaning and sanitizing the property for your stay. Should we finish early, we will automatically notify you. We do offer early arrival or late check out for an additional fee – please check with us for availability.
- No smoking/vaping/drugs/firearms allowed in our home.
Oxford University Transit (OUT) – Red North Line – Highland Square (8-22 on the Red North Route) will take you to both the Oxford Square and Ole Miss Student Union

*Departure instructions – We don't believe in long chore lists for our guests, after all you are here to relax! All we ask is that our guests remove all trash and food and start the dishwasher with any remaining dishes. This small list allows our professional housekeeping team to clean and sanitize the home during our short rental turn in time for our next guests. We appreciate you!
