Enjoy an experience at this centrally-located bottom level rental. Separate entrance. Free parking. Water, refrigerator, microwave and a place to hang your clothes. Clean towels and bedding. Nice and cool for summer. Close to the highlands . Washer and dryer in space for longer term stay. Tv (you can add your info for streaming platforms ). Great reading light. Space Heater if the space is too chilly and clean cuddling blankets. LQBTQ+ friendly
The space
The space is small and that is reflected in the price. Good for two maybe three nice size restroom
Guest access
Guests are welcome to the unit and the front or back yard for dog potty breaks. I do use the backyard so we May see each other so you may also take for walk or use front yard. Please clean up after dog(s).
Other things to note
I live upstairs and the basement is the . It is small but the price reflects that plus I’m here to ensure you get what you need whether it’s more towels or more water or more soap. I have great recommendations for things to do as well.
