The Villa:

This villa is situated in a quiet, residential area of Sesmarias which just a short 5 minute drive from Carvoeiro and the beaches. It is a 30-minute walk to Carvoeiro from the villa. There are shops, restaurants, supermarkets within easy walking distance. A car is recommended.

Ground Floor:
The entrance hallway has an original Portuguese marble floor, a staircase. The guest toilet is off the hallway. There is a large living room with a fireplace and a dining room, modern kitchen with an annexed pantry. The kitchen has a large fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, 4 ring hob, oven, coffee machine. There is a separate laundry room with a washing machine and a tumble dryer.

First Floor:
A marble staircase goes to the top floor where there is a large entertainment area with snooker and tennis tables and a darts board. The door leads out to a large terrace with beautiful views to the sea and Monchique Mountains.

Outside:
The electric gate in the front of the villa opens to a large parking area.
The villa is surrounded by a large garden with mature trees. There are covered terraces at the front of the villa, which are very private. From the upstairs terrace, there is a spectacular view of the sea and Monchique Mountains. At the back of the villa, there is a large family swimming pool with an outside shower and a pool house that provides shade and a changing area. The pool is 14 meters by 8 with a depth of 2.4 meters in the deep end. This area is not overlooked and is very private. A BBQ is provided. There are sun lounges, umbrellas, and tables with chairs in the pool area for outside living.

Please note:
The villa is semi-detached. There are two adjacent apartments inhabited by two other mature couples. If you rent the whole villa then the grounds and the swimming pool would be completely exclusive.

3 A double pull down Murphy bed on the first-floor landing (on request). The persons using this will need to share a bathroom in one of the other bedrooms to shower. They also would have the use of the hallway toilet.
