This 3 bedroom, 2 full bathroom Boardwalk Beach Resort condo is the ultimate beach sanctuary thanks to a contemporary blend of stylish appointments and Southern comfort throughout. The unit is located on the 8th floor and is one of the most impressive condos at Boardwalk Beach Resort.

The Gulf front master bedroom features a private balcony with spectacular beach views, King size bed, cable TV plus a small work space if required. The en-suite bathroom offers both Jacuzzi tub and stand up shower. The 2nd bedroom features a Queen size bed, cable tv, and the third bedroom area provides a full size bed and cable tv. A second full bathroom offers a tub/shower combo and is located in the hallway.

The living room boasts floor to ceiling windows with jaw dropping views of the Gulf of Mexico, and access to the oversized balcony. There is also a sleeper sofa in the living room providing additional sleeping room if needed for two extra people.

Boardwalk Beach Resort is ideally situated within 5 minutes walking distance to many local attractions, restaurants, and golf courses, yet nestled on a quiet stretch of Panama City Beach away from the crowds. Boardwalk Beach Resort charges a $50 resort/parking fee per vehicle. You will receive two parking passes which are included in the cost of your reservation.
*Age requirements for the resort are that at least one renter must be 25 years of age. Security will be checking identification at the front gate. If you do not meet this requirement please do not book. Any renters who are turned away by security at check-in time will not be reimbursed. You must have a member of your group at least 25 years old staying for the duration of the vacation otherwise you will be evicted without a refund*
