Fully furnished,newly renovated kitchen with Ikea cabinets and stainless steel appliances. Renovated bathroom, freshly painted, carpets replaced 8 months ago.

Beach chairs , ambrella, beach cart , towels all provided!
Located in a quiet neighborhood, 2 min walk to plaza where you can find a few grocery options ( organic and budget), pharmacy, home goods, bars and restaurants.
15 min walk to Clearwater downtown with the fine dining, theater and newly renovated Coachman Bayfront park with amphitheatre, fountains and playgrounds.
Short drive to Pier 60 the heart of Clearwater Beach (7-8 min if no traffic)
