A BEAUTIFUL HOME IN NORTH NAPLES LOCATION,

We live in North Naples
The house is big and spacious providing maximum privacy. We have a huge ( 1000 sqft) patio that is screened in. Other features include a beautiful LAKE VIEW, large open kitchen with breakfast/dining area. 3 bedrooms,an office, 2 bathrooms and a 2 car garage.

In addition, our home has an OPEN FLOOR PLAN with a large great room and family room looking out to a beautiful LAKE VIEW. All rooms have crown molding.

A gated community with its own Town Center complete with 3 resort pools, 6 Har-Tru tennis courts, 3 pickle ball courts,Fitness center, post office, salon, and restaurant all overlooking a magnificent lake view!



A CLEANING FEE OF $200.00 USD IS CHARGED TO BE PAID UPON ARRIVAL
