Welcome to the Alder House!

Well appointed and "oh so" cute, the Alder House is the perfect escape. Located directly above Golden our new custom built home boasts magnificent views of the Columbia Valley and Kicking Horse Ski Resort. We’re a 5 min drive to town and a 5 minute walk to the Skybridge. Explore our hiking trails and our unique, experimental orchard.
