All the conveniences you need and close to everything in a very quiet county neighborhood. Grocery shopping minutes away. Park for children within walking distance.
The space
Our home is very comfortable. The main level (which is ground level) has 2 bedrooms with ceiling fans and Smart TVs, one bedroom with a bunk bed and a trundle bed (please note these are not for adults), a bathroom, living room, kitchen/dining room and the downstairs is about another 700 square feet with an efficiency apartment that includes a bedroom with a queen sized Bed and a TV with ROKU, bathroom, kitchen (equipped with a stove). In addition to the efficiency apartment there is a bedroom with a twin bed (no TV), an office with desk and chair, a living room with a queen sized sleeper sofa and the laundry room.
We have a Keurig Machine so bring your favorite coffee flavors.
We have internet and smart TV's but we only have antennas for the basic channels and channels that the smart TVs offer. You can access your Netflix, YouTube, Hulu, Amazon accounts, etc for more entertainment options.
