By the Brook Chalet: a cozy & spacious home to enjoy while exploring southern VT

A rustically elegant ski chalet sitting on a babbling brook in quaint Wilmington, VT. Beautiful décor and exemplary hospitality with four bedrooms and three full baths. Think of our dream getaway as your home away from home either for complete privacy and relaxation or for outdoor adventure! Here the beautiful setting meets casual relaxation...where people come together to eat, drink, and be merry.

This three floor chalet offers all the best that a rental home has to offer. The top floor has a large (and high) wrap around deck with distant mountain views and comfy chairs to relax and enjoy the fresh air and babbling brook. The large, open living area has a fireplace, huge comfy sofa, chairs, and a long dining table. The kitchen is also open to the entire floor so no one misses out on a great conversation. There is also a bedroom with vaulted ceilings, lots of natural light, and a full bathroom attached.

The middle floor has three more bedrooms: two with a queen bed and one with a bunk and a trundle. There is also a full bathroom and a laundry room. The floor has its own exterior entrance near space for snow gear, coats, and more.

The basement is the perfect place to go play! There is a foosball table, ping pong, and darts, as well as a large array of card and board games. There is also another TV and a futon for movies and TV watching. There is a full bathroom with a walk-in shower, too.

Welcome to our charming chalet along the brook! Wilmington is a small village in the heart of the Deerfield Valley, southern Vermont. You’ll be surrounded by nature but close to the downtown areas.

It is close to ski mountains, golf courses, trails for mobiling, hiking, and walking as well as world-class restaurants, breweries, and vineyards! Support small and local businesses in their brilliant shops downtown as well as nearby small towns of Brattleboro, Dover, Bennington, and more. Our home suits single families (with children) or larger groups up to nine.

Free WiFi is provided as well as sheets, towels, toilet paper, and all the modern basics you need. There is flat driveway parking for 3-4 vehicles.
