Enjoy a variety of on-site amenities including a dock, two playgrounds, sports courts, a picnic area, and even an on-site convenience store. Hop in the car and discover a number of fun, family-friendly attractions located within 10 to 12 miles of your door including Dolly Parton's Stampede, the Titanic Museum Attraction, the Butterfly Palace & Rainforest Adventure, Showboat Branson Belle, and Silver Dollar City.

This charming, one-bedroom vacation rental boasts a well-equipped, eat-in kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a dining table for mealtimes, laptops, or rainy day games. Relax on the convenient sofa bed in your sunlit living area and channel surf, or step outside and watch the world go by from your covered and furnished front porch.

When you want to do some fishing, Lake Taneycomo is brimming with trout, bass, crappie, catfish, and bream/bluegill. Fish from the dock or head out on the water in your own boat or a rental.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
