A three-story duplex townhouse in the beautiful area of Cabo Roig strip, Orihuela Costa coastline, Spain. The duplex is situated on the second line of the sea front and within 200 meters to the gorgeous Cabo roig promenade, shops, restaurants, bars, banks, pharmacy, and a small medical center. Car is not necessary.

The property has a front private garden, private patio and two terraces on the 1st and 2nd floors. It's furnished with air condition, fens, WiFi and IPTV with international TV channels (e.g. UK, Scandinavian, Belgium, Germany, Russia....). The cosy living room with an open fully equipped kitchen with large fridge and freezer, oven, crockery, cutlery, pots and pans, cafe machine, kettle, toaster, kitchen towels.
