Welcome to Villa Venezia, located in the most desirable area in Port Isabel. A 5 star property on other travel sites, Villa Venezia has been a Port Isabel/South Padre favorite vacation rental since 2018, but newly listed on Vrbo.

With our over the water 24x24 sundeck, a swim/fishing deck, boat dock, kayaks, sparkling clean hot tub and just minutes to the best beach in Texas, this is an ideal spot for family and friends. Come float the canal, bring your SUP, your boat, jet ski or rent them for some great fun in the sun at the only Tropical Destination in Texas!

**Port Isabel Municipal pool is about 1.5 miles away. Open June 13 - August 12. Fee is $1 for children and $2 for adults. Our neighborhood does not have a pool.

Three minutes to Dolphin watches, the historic Port Isabel Light House, great local dining in Port Isabel, and just a few minutes more to the island for more shopping and dining. The perfect location for your family and friends.

**By water, Villa Venezia is about 50 yards by boat, kayak or SUP to the open water of the Laguna Madre and about 8 more minutes to the Gulf of Mexico.
**By Land, Just 2 minute drive or 10 minute walk to the new Port Isabel Arturo Galvan Coastal Beach park with its grill areas, beach volleyball, playground, covered picnic tables, great fishing and shallow water fun. You can even kayak over if you like!
**Boat out to the Laguna Madre or Gulf of Mexico to fish or hire a guide for deep sea fishing. Some guides will pick you up right at our dock! Take your boat or jet ski over to the island and dock for lunch! If you just want to hit the beach, jump in the car and head over to South Padre Island and pick a spot at the best beach in Texas.

**Villa Venezia is just a short drive to the best beaches, fun, shopping and dining South Padre Island and Port Isabel have to offer. Other activities nearby include the Beach Park at Isla Blanca Water Park, the famous Port Isabel Lighthouse and museums, Sea Life Nature Center, Fishing Pier, dolphin watch trips, kite surfing, shopping, boat tours and more only 5-15 minutes away. Enjoy the South Padre Island Birding And Nature Center, and the must visit Alligator Sanctuary and viewing tower with 3300 ft of boardwalks, wildlife and the scenic views

Aside from location, cleanliness and amenities, why else would you stay with us?
**We offer great views. Unlike so many, we have No Walmart or Storage Unit views no HOA to check in with, no parking fees, no draw bridges or cargo ships

**Because we do charge less than 1/2 of what we pay out to our cleaners and do not charge any extra for use of our dock, hot tub or kayaks, we do not discount any further except for week long stays, or monthly stays. *The Service fee is a Vrbo fee, not set by or paid to the host.

**Minimum age to rent during Spring Break is 25. No exceptions. Person making rental must be a guest for the entirety of the booking. ID's required for all guests over the age of 19 March 1 - April 15.

**No Animals Permitted, no exceptions. Due to severe allergies to the point of hospitalization, I cannot permit animals in this home as we use this as our personal vacation home 4-5 months per year. This has this documented.
