Enjoy a dreamy vacation with plenty of fun for the whole family. Enjoy the great outdoors by adventuring out on the paddle boards. Launch your boat on the 400 acre lake, relax on the peaceful dock hearing the sounds of nature, unwinding in the soothing hot tub, or enjoying the picturesque sunset while making s'mores around the fire pit. Once the outdoor fun is done, freshen up in the grand shower. Then relax inside with magnificat views of the lake, up-to-date appliances, and charming decor.

*SECURITY CAMERAS - Please note, our home just like other hotels and lodging establishments is equipped with outdoor home security cameras. One camera faces the parking area and front porch. Second camera faces lake and lower patio area. Third camera faces the lake and back yard side gate entry. These cameras are on and operating during your stay. None of our camera face the inside of the property or the hot tub for your privacy.

We live in Jacksonville, FL with our three amazing kids. Our family loves to travel and above all we have found the biggest joy in hosting! We started our dream of owning a vacation property almost 2 years ago when we stumbled upon this area of Florida that is a hidden gem. We have poured our creativity and heart into this Cottage and cant wait to share it with you and your family!

Why they chose this property

Our neighborhood is made up of mainly retired couples who have come to love this quiet "one red light" old Florida town. The neighborhood is an HOA neighborhood with a fantastic neighborhood watch program. You'll feel very safe as our neighbors often help us keep watch on the house when its not being rented. You'll find our lake becomes very active on weekends and boats in the boat ramp will line up occasionally as our neighbors enjoy the lake.

What makes this property unique

Our property is the newest home in our area featuring all high end amenities. Whether it's starting the morning out on the paddle boards, soaking in the hot tub or sitting by the fire there is not a bad seat at the Cottage. If you want to spend your entire stay at the property you will not regret it. Maybe you want to hit the road for a day trip? Not only are you just steps from the spring fed Grandin Lake we are in the heart of Spring country. We are within an hour to over 20 springs. The amount of day trips from our Cottage are vast. You can be in Gainesville, St.Augustine Beach, Jacksonville, Ocala or Lake City all within an hour. Orlando and Disney are just a tad further but the options are endless!
