The first floor consists of an open floor plan kitchen, full bathroom, and living room making it a great space for entertaining. Two bedrooms are located on the second floor and each contain their own heat pump/air conditioning unit , the master has a king bed, the second bedroom has two full/ double size beds. The third bedroom is on the ground floor with a queen size bed.

Feel free to relax on the front deck or barbecue in the yard behind the house. Here you can enjoy family time that is a bit sheltered from the hustle and bustle of the beach.
