The space
This amazing villa has been recently featured on House Hunters International, Puerto Vallarta. The property is totally unique as when you enter the property you take a funicular, or sideways elevator, down the mountain to get to your own private floor / villa.

This villa has two bedrooms and lots of built in closets. There is an en suite bathroom in the master bedroom that also has a large king sized bed. The second bedroom has two full beds that can be put together to make one oversized king. Both bedrooms have a private ocean view balcony. There is a second bathroom with a spa tub and shower.

The unit also comes with all the full sized quality appliances you would find in your own house. We also have it stocked with beach towels, sun screen, etc..

The design speaks for itself. I had a world renown designer featured on HGTV come and design this villa.

Other things to note
Our amazing maid, Elizabeth, can shop for you, clean and cook meals. Just give her a list and she will have the provisions the next day. Wake up every day to fresh squeezed orange juice and a Mexican breakfast if that's your desire! (Food is not included but if you give Elizabeth money, she will do all the shopping and bring back the change with a receipt.)
