Large recently renovated family home with 4 bedrooms/ 3.5 bathrooms and brand new pool, 20 miles to Key West. House is located on a canal with new concrete dock, minutes to open water. Paddle boards, bikes, kayaks and BBQ grill provided. Plenty of outdoor parking, enough space to park boat trailer or RV on side of house. Main 2nd level contains master bedroom with large walk-in shower and jetted tub, half bath, large kitchen with center island, and family room. First level contains 3 bedrooms with 2 full bathrooms, laundry room, and seating area with TV. Large patios on both levels with seating areas, upper level has views of ocean. A 10,000lb boat lift with open water access across street from property, can accommodate boats up to 30ft with twin engines. Pictures shown of usable lift and canal. Smaller canal connected to property has open water access, ok for smaller boats, paddle boards, kayaks… 4 restaurants located on the island : Square Grouper, Broil Island Steakhouse, My New Joint, and The Bent Prop Bar & Grill.
