I have a room equipped with a small fridge, Coffee maker, Large closet and electric fireplace in room. Kitchen is fully stocked with cooking utensils, pots, pans etc. Living room has two love seats, two recliners, TV and fireplace. Smoke and carbon monoxide units along with a ring camera. Community also has security cameras and lighting. I live on location so we would be sharing bathroom, kitchen and living areas. Each room has a deck, sliding doors. A courtyard, clubhouse and pool. I allow one small pet. I have dogs myself so you must be pet friendly. I work in Marketing and usually do my work from home.
