Why they chose this property
Our Villa is centrally located in a quiet upscale Sherman Oaks Hills Neighborhood in the Santa Monica Mountains. Round Valley Drive is a narrow, peaceful, curvy street popular for walking due to the various views and for its safe, quiet natural environment. 0-20 minutes to Studio City, Encino, Bel Air, Beverly Hills, Hollywood, the Getty Museum, Universal Studios. 20-30 minutes to the Hollywood Bowl, Santa Monica, Downtown LA and Magic Mountain. Malibu is about 30 minutes away. Round Valley Drive is a narrow, peaceful, curvy street popular for walking due to the various views and for its safe, quiet natural environment.
We recommend a walk around the neighborhood…just head west. There are hiking trails near by in the Santa Monica Mountains. The entrance to Deervale Park is off of Crisp Canyon Road. (1/2 mile) or amazing sunsets at the top of Deervale Place.
Parking is provided in the driveway, and there are additional available parking spaces on the street.
The Home is 3 blocks away from the famous Ventura Blvd where there are restaurants, grocery stores and drug stores. Please refer to our Guidebook. Supplies and groceries can be delivered by Amazon Fresh, Instacard, Postmates or other services. The Fashion Square Mall and the Galleria are nearby.
Ralphs Market, Trader Joes, CVS and Whole Foods are nearby.
