Welcome to our "Central Arcadia Launchpad." Whether you're visiting for business or Arizona's sights & adventures, this remodeled & well designed abode in the middle of town is a little gem. Located in the highly desirable Arcadia corridor, 10 min from Sky Harbor International Airport & Old Town Scottsdale, 5 min from the Biltmore area. This home is close to many restaurants, cafes, bars & more. Well suited for dogs and fun activities w/ local, experienced hosts just a message away. Looking for a quality longer stay guest (25+ days).
