Kick back and 'Seas the Day' in this modern beach bungalow, located on the barrier island of Ormond Beach. This home features a large screened in back porch with ample seating that leads you out to a paver patio with wood burning fire pit and BBQ Grill! Inside has been updated throughout and stylishly decorated with a beachy feel. Included is a laundry room within the attached 1-car garage and driveway to accommodate 2 vehicles. Pet friendly too! ($200 per pet, max 2 *Fee does not cover damages)
Sewer is on septic. Do not flush feminine items and scrap food item trash can before rinsing in the sink. Please keep A/C around 74 degrees.
