Flor de Limon 10 is a beautiful second-level condo tucked back from the pool for peace and privacy.  This beautiful unit has a massive, private, rooftop terrace that doubles the amount of living space.  Enjoy hanging in the 2-seater egg chair, enjoy meals or game night on the large outdoor dining area, catching some rays or stargazing from the zero-gravity chairs or grilling up the catch of the day on the gas BBQ ... all this just 50m from the ocean!

Inside, the condo has a kitchen with a cooktop and toaster oven, a dining table for 4, and a comfy living room with Smart TV.  Stream your fave shows & movies and telework with ease with lightning-fast internet speeds (300MB upload and download).  The primary bedroom has a queen bed, and the second bedroom has two twin beds. Both have large closets for storage and remain shaded by the large trees behind the building.  There is a full bathroom with a large shower just outside the bedrooms.  Each room has a ductless air-conditioning unit to keep you cool!

The location of Flor de Limon can't be beat!  You are literally across the street from the beach with a path directly across from the condo.  Plus you are right next to two large plazas that are home to many fantastic restaurants, a coffee shop, a grocery store, a day spa, and more!  You'll find many, many more restaurants as well as shops, a casino, and 3 large grocery stores in Downtown Coco, just a 10-minute walk from your door.

Playas del Coco is just a 25-minute drive from Daniel Oduber Quirós international airport in Liberia.  Several supermarkets, fruit vendors, and more restaurants, bars, and shops to count. Enjoy a walk along the beach boardwalk or stroll the beach from point to point for a 3km walk. Many scuba diving, sport fishing, and sightseeing tours depart from Coco. You’re also close to several area day trip spots – waterfalls, hiking, hot springs, and mud baths, cultural experiences, and river tours.
