1 BR Cabin with Dock and Shared Beach

Enjoy Lake Winnisquam from this cozy, updated cabin. You will be close to beaches, hiking, skiing, shopping, mini-golf, movies and much more.

This cabin is part of a 9 Unit condominium association with shared lawn and picnic areas, a shared beach, dock access, campfire events, and parking for guests and boat trailers. The shared beach and dock are located across the street from the cabin. Bring your own boat, or rent a boat during your stay from one of Winnisquam's local marinas. The included dock fits boats up to 22 ft, depending on hull type. Kayaks are included for your use.

Check in time is 4 pm. Check out by 11 am, please be prompt in respect of other guests. Cabin and property should be left as it was found. There is a 2 person maximum occupancy. No smoking. Two parking spaces are included.

Pet friendly, cats and dogs only. Please contact host if you plan on bringing more than one pet, or if your pet is > 50 lbs. See rental agreement for restriction of dog breeds.
