*** New Owners***. Welcome to our family-friendly retreat near Oakview Beach! Experience the charm of Texoma’s sandiest beaches just half a mile away from our cozy 3-bedroom house. Nestled in a golf cart community and it’s just a short stroll or drive to the beach. Spend your days soaking up the sun on the lake and your evenings gathered around the fire pit for quality family time!

Inside you will find three bedrooms including a queen, two twins, and a bunk bed with full-sized mattresses.

Nestled just half a mile away from the Oakview Beach boat ramp, A Shore Thing offers convenient access to the renowned Lake Texoma Islands, only a brief 5-10 minute boat ride to the southwest. These islands are a popular weekend destination, drawing hundreds of boaters who gather to bask in the summer sunshine, enjoy music, refreshing drinks, and even indulge in the occasional large water slide. To avoid most of the dirt road, take an alternate route via Oakview Road, then turn left onto Madill Rd, followed by another left onto Chickasaw Road. A Shore Thing will be located on your right.
