Why they chose this property

I love this neighborhood because it is safe and it is central located in the heart of Omaha. It is within walking distance to Nebraska Medical Center, Aksarben Village and the Baxter Arena (event center), where major events and other outdoor activates are held. It is also about 4 miles to the Henry Doorly zoo and about 4.8 miles to Down Town Omaha. Aksarben Village is packed with good restaurants, a movie theater and much more.

What makes this property unique

This cozy home is warm, inviting, spacious inside and uniquely designed with large room on the top floor. The finished basement has a bedroom, a living room and full bath. It is well decorated, suitable for travelling professionals.
